Cutting the skirt part

For the skirt part, there is one part that is really important, which is the waist measurement.

If your fabric has little to no stretch, do not add any allowance to the waist part, but add 1.5 inches everywhere else, like on the hips and around the knee.

Also, no zipper allowance on the waist, but add 1 inch to the hips and around the knee.

When attaching the zipper, take 1 inch from the waist and a quarter of an inch from everywhere else, as shown in the video.
